We will take simple lines and intersect them in ways that will create light and volume.
Part 2 has over 8 hours of video — with English subtitles available — to help you train your hand and achieve the necessary rhythm to create depth.
Part 2 is the sequel to Part 1 of How I Crosshatch. Can you jump straight into Part 2 without taking Part 1 first? You can — but Part 1 lays the foundations that Part 2 is built on, i.e., the skills that we honed in Part 1 are used and further developed in Part 2.
This is a self-paced course, and you can spend as much time as you need to grasp the right gestures. It contains PDFs for you to print out should you want to use the exact shapes I am using.
We will share our work on [The Wagonized Community](https://discourse.wagonized.com/t/welcome-to-the-wagonized-community/5), and we will meet for 2 live sessions (July 23 & August 6, 2022, at 2PM Eastern Time). Videos of these sessions are added to the course after the events.
